A modest Mages Guild hall for Charach. Refit of the old one I made too small and with the set being deprecated.

I am probably going to re-make this interior to follow the 3x5 standard, rather than this 2x4 version that more strictly adheres to the shell. It'll depend how much time I've got.

Toned down purple hue (per MinerMan) and upated the placement of enchanted arsenal on second floor, added a spearholder.

The merge notes are the same.
