Colovian Highlands Exterior: CH_03 [chef]
Area marked CH_03 on this map:
A section of the Brena river and Gilded Hills wilderness. There should be cliffs along the whole river with no or very few beaches. Don't worry about detailing the Hammerfell area in the cells needed for the river. Primotur Watchtower is a small Legion outpost meant to be the player's first assignment for the Legion questline. The height of the Colovian Highlands cell will need to be raised to be higher, be sure to coordinate height in the south with the CH_02 claim. An active mine is in the south east on the Colovian Highlands/Gilded Hills border. Be sure to add 3-4 dungeons throughout the wilderness.

I'm doing some practice/experimenting in this area and will claim it as soon as it's open.

I've gotten a lot of stuff done. Pretty much the entire river coastline is done.
The Watchtower and other assorted locations are in. Mine still not placed though.
General landscaping is done. Border's haven't been cleaned yet.

Claimed and finished this 90% claim. I reworked the area with more terrain usage and regional ideas from mothpot's claim and posts on discord. The area will now use a few Joanasc Hammerfell plants since they are more appropriate than the cold weather flora I tried to use back in 2020.

-Changed cliffs to be more of a hilly incline like moth's ch7
-Changed shipwreck to cutter
-Added CH shrub 1 and 2 throughout the bluffs (very fitting for the region)
-Added Joan's Lobelia throughout the bluffs (same)
-Removed Baobabs
-Replaced old Joshuas
-Added new goldenrod variants
-Changed river mesa to be a ridge (mesa was repetitive since one was in the next claim over)
-Added entrance to easternmost ruin
-Added some T_Cyr_FloraGF_Shrub_01 throughout the bluffs. Not sure why we weren't using this, it looks fine.
