Claiming this using the NPCs from Infragris' notes:
The shell is already done, I'll start furnishing and detailing it tomorrow, will probably take that and most of wednesday since it's so big.a. Wilbor(Redguard, m, publican): Owner and proprietor of the Counts' Arms, an expensive inn in the center of Anvil. Has an extensive knowledge of fine wine.
b. Lerenis Muralius(Argonian, m, merchant):An Imperialized Argonian, originally from one of the trade-colonies of the east shores of Black Marsh. Lerenis is here to negotiate a trade deal for one of the Nibenay's trade organizations.
c. Laurenius Acelius(Imperial, m, noble): A nobleman from the central valleys here on pilgrimage with his wife, Maraia
d. Maraia Acelius(Imperial, f, noble): A noblewoman from the central valleys here on pilgrimage with her husband, Laurenius
e. Sarrar the Blue(Nord, m, merchant): A merchant representative for a High Rock firm, in town to discuss the trade in silk.
Wanted to post this before bed(working on an old tablet until PC is available and don't want to lose anything if it dies). Layout is done, furniture is mostly done, very small amount of detailing done.

I messed up the dimensions on this, made it two 5x3s put together longways instead of like a square, need to do a lot to fix it, will be up later this week.
Okay, managed to salvage some of my previous work, rejigged the interior to fit the exterior properly, and did a round of detailing that should bring it up to a good level of clutter. This should actually be ready for review now.

Fixed all the food stuff placed.

Sunk the clouths more into the ground everywhere.
Fixed all the tapestry bleeders.
Removed 3 minerals: To expensive to jsut lie around there.
Reworked the stairs to the 2. Floor: Removed the closed room and made it open.
Added teleportation marker.
