I assume he would be mostly civilized as far as having furniture, and literacy? Maybe wormmouth rugs, and some reachmen flare, but still rather ordinary.
Edit: I'll just use the example cell as reference as to what type of furniture to use.

Clean: Yes
Northmarker: Pointing backwards
Lighting: Good
Illegal to Sleep Here: Set
Floaters:
T_Rea_Set_F_Fireplace_02 - you can't just f fireplaces and be fine, you have to lower them a bit
Bleeders:
T_Nor_Var_LanternStat_01 x2 - 0.1 movement for the lights blah blah etc etc
Other:
T_Nor_Set_Logs_01c - deleted, they were hidden under the fireplace
T_Com_Nail_01 - deleted, this is a misc item so a player could pick it up
T_IngFood_CheeseWheelNord_01 - replaced
Added a couple more in_Lava_Blacksquares
