I was wondering how the arena ill be portrayed in the Imperial City, and if you will be able to compete in it?

Little work has gone into fleshing out the arena faction(s) and gameplay yet. It will most likely be possible to compete and become an arena champion. There will also a smaller arena in the city of Kvatch, and perhaps even more fighting pits elsewhere in the province.

Awesome I was hoping to hear that, and I am also glad to hear that Kvatch will have it's arena.
