General Note: The Manor District has running water (water tower has water pumped up through the water-powered mill. Homes can have baths, faucets for water basins, and possibly toilets. New assets will be required for this. There are some bath models included in the mod already (see the "Moonshadow, Clutter Depot" cell). Feel free to use placeholder objects until appropriate assets are created to replace them. This includes any visible piping where it makes sense which can use the dwemer piping for the time being.

Note that the layout is not set and this claim will be split into approximately 10 different interior cells including a high end restaurant, head gardener's apartment, lantern/brazier lighter's apartment, salt pan overseer's apartment, Head Curator of Historical Preservation (book worm) apartment, gift store, and ideally it would be cool to have a small time casino but that requires scripting obviously. If you're feeling adventurous, feel free to suggest a layout otherwise I will get to it eventually.
