I'll attach the original pdf here instead of copy-pasting the text, as I don't know how I would set up the footnotes.
But yeah, I think County Chey should be split in two (and County Bravil made a bit bigger) with the resulting gap forming a new county with its seat at Mir Corrup. In the pdf attached I explain my reasoning and address some of the big counter-arguments.
