This was suggested as some kind of prison for villagers that have been contracted with Lycanthropy (wereboars). The place where these infected people are would be well-locked in the deeper parts of the cave. (credit: worsas )

Added two in_lava_blacksquares.
This was one of the few ints I was interested in when I first came to PT, but I'm glad I chose the other cave because this one is perfect for what it should do.
