A small hidden barrow atop a hill in Vorndgad Forest.

Is it supposed to be somehow related to Luxray's Bear Clan barrow directly under it, or is it just some random barrow, with no backstory?
It is just above it, I know, but should be otherwise not directly related. Maybe just an older tomb of the clan or other nords that used to settle here. At best there could be a super-secret connection-tunel between the two, but not really a necessity.
Claim, if possible. Dark, abandoned place badly overgrown with webs. Some broken urns and parted bones lie around in disarray. One or two tunnels leading deeper end with abrupt rockslides. The deepest chamber might hide a couple of vampire outlaws, perhaps?

Oh man, what a cool interior! A masterclass on creepy and the use of spider webs. I left the vampire NPCs in as I believe creating them is usually a pain, so please just edit the ones in the file. Well done

As for the lute, I picture vampires as beings capable both of cruelly drinking their victims dry and enjoying a high culture, simultaneously. That's why I added there a lute, together with a vintage wine and some books too. But I then this image probably doesn't have to be always a thing, and rogue vampires especially can be more primitive, maybe even atavistic. So at any rate, any changes the NPCer finds due here are great with me.

I think it can be okay, but I (mainly) see the vanilla lute as being Dunmeri design. But we can use it sparingly. Luxray already made a cave with some very feral vampires, I think its nice to show some variation.
