The idea is intriguing, but I would rework the vanilla Imperial helmet parts and perhaps have the wolf pelt cover that area entirely. I would also remove the small faces, perhaps in exchange for a simpler ornamental pattern embedded into the forehead part. The mask itself and the wolf pelt looks flawless to me.

I love these kinds of helmets, in particular the Colovian Prince helmet and the Nibenese Bronze helmet already in the data.
