Cyrodiilic Flavor Guild Signs

The flavor guilds (http://www.project-tamriel.com/viewtopi ... =144&t=194) need signs. Most urgently needed is one for the Painters Guild, which has a hall in Anvil. I don't know what the next one would be; maybe a Barristers Guild in Kvatch, since it's the ducal seat?
Anyway, I made a new blank texture to use for these, since I couldn't find the original.
Cyrodiilic Mages and Fighters Guild signs already in Data, for comparison
Also here's TR's Barristers Guild sign, though it's at a smaller resolution than the PT ones:
Infragris mentioned on discord that Dibellan iconography/lilies might be good material for the Painters Guild.
