would it be possible to include the Sky_WindowLight_128 into PC data please. there's been talk of the projects making a seamless world but when it comes to lighting nearly every interior is different.

It's nice to have a GC version of the interior tower, but we also need a GC tower version where there are two holes, one for the entrance to the exterior, and one for the skywalk.

Can't you just put doorframes in that place? I wanted to make variants with holes first, but it seemed very inflexible compared to just using teleporting doors. It was already tough to make a functioning stair for this narrow tower and I'd like to work on something more enjoyable next.

We currently have "The Madmen of the Reach" in PC_Data, which makes reference to the Forsworn. We'll probably remove all references to the Forsworn at SHOTN and just go by calling them Reachmen or refer to them by more specific tribe names. We used to refer to the Forsworn, but it arose concerns on the part of other people and it's a bit unclear, whether they only came into existence in the fourth era, as claimed by UESP, or not.

Another book from TES V is "The Alduin/Akatosh Dichotomy". In my opinion it would be better to remove it, aswell. We'll not touch the topic of a possible disparity of these two at SHOTN and we haven't included the book over there, either.

We are getting so many new, well-written books that we can easily find substitutes for their instances in the gameworld.

Yeah, we can do without those. Books like that would just become redundant if the player can journey between Cyrodiil and Skyrim.

We also need icons for the pirate maps, Pirate Cutlass, Goblin Axe and the icon of the Pirate Saber needs to be redone.

The pirate saber icon seemed to be fine ingame (although the cs-preview picture seems kaputt), so I haven't changed it. But I have added all missing icons to the data files.

CS preview icons can often appear buggy, but be fine in game.

Do we need a GC tile set of the cellar or should we use the vanilla ones; in_c_stone_**** ?

We don't have a "PC_Ex_Imp_Towerbig_Light_01" neither a "PC_Ex_Imp_TowerSmall_Light_01", so atm there isn't a smooth texture transition when putting up an imperial tower.

EDIT: We also need loading doors and their entrances (exterior) for the GC, we currently only have the Stirk and Anvil ones.

I think it makes sense to keep using the vanilla cellar tiles for now. I'll see about the imperial tower issue. I'm maybe going to upload a quick update of the data files this week.

I hope you did read the edit on my previous post about the doors, sometimes I wish edits like that one could be marked as a new post. Allot of these edits goes unnoticed.

We also need the tall chimneys for the GC, we only have the Stirk and Anvil ones (they share the same model). Or can those also be used for the GC?
A retexture of the "ex_imp_govman_stair" is also needed as it is been used at the Imperial Ruins at -112, -48.

Do we also need a GC version of the wooden imperial fort doors, or can we just use the vanilla ones?

The Anvil chimney should be ok for the gc-retex of the com houses.

There will be substitues for the missing imperial stuff, you mention, including the doors.

A PC_in_Impruin center (floor and ceiling only) with a curved ceiling that accommodate the halls, all hallways and 4-way halls are curved, but not the center; which is flat.

No problem, it shouldn't just be you making these things in the first place. I think I have an idea that will give maximum flexibility and still avoid file bloat. I'll have to see.

There could be some Ayleid-cave connector (something like Dwemer in vanilla). It could help (especially me, with this goblin cave claim I'm doing :D).

There are separate floor and ceiling pieces in data (pc_in_impruinr_fl and pc_in_impruinr_cl). Can't the problem be solved with these? If not, I might need a couple of screenshots to illustrate the issue.

No, because those pieces are meant for the impruin rooms, not halls.
All halls have full curved ceilings, except for the center and stand-alone ceiling assets which are flat or half curved.

With the amount of rugs we have in most places, I would like to see a Wooden Rug Beater, I believe it would be a very interesting piece of clutter in the houses while it shouldn't be too hard to create. Just for additional details of how everything works in the society. Not a priority by any means, but could be a nice addition.

I swear I'm still working on this, the model is just being a huge pain in the ass. There's some kind of subtle asymmetry thing going on that is absolutely ruining this business.

Leon, what would be best for you:
  • Several different tower models with one or two door openings on each level?
  • A single modular tower with different parts that have to be dropped in??
