Done, might make some small additions later though.
I was thinking that NPC that lives in this int could share some stories and point player to shipwrecks, hideouts on Karth river and some interesting locations on the coast or small Sea of Ghosts islands.

Other:
Replaced deprecated books with working versions, removed "thirsk a history" (not sure how relevant that topic would be to a fisherman in western skyrim) replaced with a volume of "songs of the reaver clans", couldn't find a decent replacer for "Horker attacks"
Added some fishnets by the door and put a fish-pole in the bucket by the door as well
added some crates and a barrel to the upper level
removed the wool pillow (already a pillow under the blanket of the model)
replaced the flat bread with regular bread
