A first version with layout finished and detailing started.

90% done. But im waiting for the new T_D to add some fish assets which might be good to use here. So until then there will be no progress for now.

Only added one fish from the new T_D, so here it is finished.

To merger:

- This claim has been moved to near the west gate.
- Northmarker needs adjusting

replaced MK doorway and door with standard nord one for the entrance
replaced deprecated books
replaced the hanging fish on the upper level with static versions

reviewer note
Claimant used nord_m furniture rather than either of the two in the claim description, left it since there is little point re-doing all of the furniture in the claim, but bares noting since the presentation does bump the inhabitant up a social bracket
