Guildhall of the "Merchant Captains" (name change possibly pending), a local faction of entrepreneurish Yokudan warrior-traders, who according to legend founded the modern city-state of Dragonstar, though on the foundation of a Reachman settlement as well as an ancient First Empire Fortress-Temple (of which only the fountain remains). Rich faction who rule Dragonstar West together with Crown nobility.

Made some decent progress but I can't motivate myself to finish cluttering the rest of the rooms before everything else in DS gets finished.
I imagined those 2 rooms by the rich furniture downstairs to be the merchant's quarters, but finish this as you see fit.
I'm going to work on the tent/quest still instead.
