The lower part of Castle Dragonstar, the massive and mostly abandoned dungeon. Enterable only from Sky_iRe_Ds1b. Should house a few high profile prisoners, but the majority of prisoners are housed in Sky_iRe_Ds15. The rest of the cells are used for storage (wine cellar?) or just completely abandoned. Large parts of this interior should be built with cave meshes, and perhaps test out some makeshifting of the T_Rga_Fort set as well. There should also be a highly secured vault, housing loot from the war.

Whoever claims this should coordinate with the one building Sky_iRe_Ds1b.

Use T_Nor_FurnP and T_Nor_FurnM where appropriate.
