This and three other claims are currently a part of https://project-tamriel.com/viewtopic.php?f=123&t=36 being worked on by roerich. Once he finishes the work he wants to, it will be split back up and be made claimable by others to finish the remainder of the claim.

Locking for now.

Dropping this, haven't had the motivation to do more than I have already. I'm not satisfied with the cliffs that go through the border cells, so I'd like for that to be improved with different assets. Latest file is up to date.

Up for review. this file has some rest exterior cells that should be dealt with after the review, some of the other borders will need some attention when this and neighboring claims are merged together.
