Claim for updating the location marked Hf_05 on the following map:

Tasks:
-Create the village Dunbarrow has a cod fishing and lumber industry. Has a small castle or estate for the thane
--Dunbarrow should be closer to Seyda Neen perhaps. With majority one story Haaf fishermen houses and then a small dock with a warehouse and a tavern.
-Fill the forest with container plants
-Update the coast with new assets and style from Falkheim and Hf_09
-Fill in the undetailed terrain in Solitude Forest style, less dense the further away from the existing areas you get.
-Deal with the small cabin settlement (detail? Remove?)
-Connect Dunbarrow to the gravel road (Tx_Skyrim_dirt_village_snow_01)
-Remove junk floating above the water
-Create progressively less detailed underwater terrain until the claim border, a few small islands are okay.
-Remove 15% of the ice chunks? (could reuse it while detailing the uncreated section)

Assigned Sea of Ghosts region to more of the cells, added a bit of Sand_02 to untextured cells that need to be detailed by the claimant.
