Very nice pictures. Not sure you have the space to pull something like that off though.
Plus isn't Sutch pretty much in ruins at this point in time?

The first picture is actually more suitable for Kvatch (if you cut off the top of the mountain), but I got a Sutch vibe from it as well. Sutch is a trading barony competing with Anvil, with a large Redguard population and could eventually shift hands to Hammerfell. Check out the Sutch thread on the old forum.

Where has this lore for Sutch come from?
Six years after Morrowind is set, Sutch is said to be mostly ruins.
I don't see how a place with a large thriving population could be nothing but ruins in 6 years time. Or am I missing something?

Rule of cool.
I'm not seeing P:C as a carbon copy of TES IV, only without Daedric portals. We are already using our imagination a lot, and for Sutch it was clear it was scrapped due to lack of time, and made into a fort instead. Isn't there even something left in the TES IV files that indicate it was planned as a regular city?
Also, a pox on Oblivion, as Tes96 would put it. Nothing P:C should ever be hindered by how it looks six years later. TES IV is a lie.

The city was cut from Oblivion at a certain stage of development. Generally in Skyrim and Oblivion "lost" a lot of towns and villages just like that. Leaving only the main towns and villages, where nine houses and was surrounded by a wall. Oblivion on the way has a lot of modifications that return Sutch. So it is no technical limitation is the same as the absence of the continent in Morrowind.

Lady N drew a nice picture of a Redguard cliff fortres:
I really like this style. Something to keep in mind for Sutch?

That actually looks quite similar to what roerich had in mind for Sutch. I like it! Definitely something we should be doing.

I saw somewhere concept of Sutch (maybe there) where the city was divided by river. And in the middle of the river fortress occupies the whole tiny island. I liked this concept. There you can build a prison. Or something else narrow and close.

Our previous concept art regarding Sutch (mostly by roerich) can be found here:

Why? Is it because its not that defined in the pic?

Can you tell me a bit more about the concept behind this? Right now, the armor seems a little plain for the Imperial City- when designing for Nibenay, and especially the IC, try to go overboard with colors and patterns and ornament the heck out of it! Animal motifs are a must as well, maybe something dragon-themed for the palace guards?
I do like this though, with the branch/vine motif I could see it working in Chorrol with a few tweaks.

It seems like you're saying that as a bad thing, but I actually really like the look of both of those cities as well:
A little cartoony, obviously, just because of the different aesthetic that Blizzard has, but the basic ideas are pretty cool.

It's a good parallel, though some elements (the elaborate haircuts, white facepaint) stray too close to generic Asian design or Dunmeri motifs. The architectural stuff is a great source of inspiration, especially.
