Notes:
56. Lusha:Pawnbroker
a. Lusha(Redguard, f, pawnbroker): Owner of the shop, has an apartment on the second floor.
b. Rensh(Redguard, m, warrior): Hired guard for the shop. Deters thieves and removes unhappy former clients.
The exterior file can be found in this thread.
Always use the latest file.

Completed this one.
It's already with pathgrid and one NPC, which i created to check pathgrid and if you could talk to her when she's behind the counter.
There's also one extra (it's not in the exterior) window on first floor. Leave or delete it.
