Notes:
48. Canal West Tenements
a. Bochar Bog-Wood(Nord, m, commoner):Tenant.
b. Hosni(Redguard, m, commoner):Tenant.
c. K'Raskha(Khajiit, m, pauper):Tenant.
d.Fimmion(Bosmer, m, pauper):Tenant, recent immigrant from Valenwood.
e.Nirval(Bosmer, f, pauper):Tenant, recent immigrant from Valenwood. Fimmion's mate.
f.Rithgoth(Bosmer, m, pauper):Tenant, recent immigrant from Valenwood.
g.Two more Bosmer immigrant couples live here. There should not be any plant-based food for the Bosmer, although bread is okay(possibly quest-related). The Bosmer should be in a communal living area, a remnant of the native Bosmeri customs.
The exterior file can be found in this thread.
Always use the latest file.

Uploading a version that is mostly finished. I'm not sure what else it needs but it doesn't feel finished yet. Will update when I figure it out, until then any suggestions are welcome.

Updated file with more clutter and something else that was missing: I had given fur rugs to the Bosmer, but nothing for the normal apartments. Should be ready for review. File is clean.
