Do we have design docs for Brina Cross anywhere? Like, who lives here, what kind of shops etc?

Not sure about design docs already around, but It would be a good idea before any more interiors get claimed to at least have a basic overview of the npcs living here if we don't already.

I'm sure there are no design docs yet. We just forgot about it so far.
