Do we have design docs for Brina Cross anywhere? Like, who lives here, what kind of shops etc?

I'm sure there are no design docs yet. We just forgot about it so far.
I don't think it really matter at this point since the NPC adding process takes place after the interior design process.
Still, alterations (to the interiors) can afterwards be made to fit the NPC's needs.
