I can try doing it. Any ideas regarding this cave? How big it should be approximately?

It ended up relatively small in scale. Not tiny, but not really big, I hope it's fine. I am satisfied with the result, it's my first real cave for Morrowind. Personally prefer human-made structures, but I think this is also doable, just takes more time.
The cave has an improvised prison, which can be used for a quest in the future.
Well, hopefully it's finished.
