Purpose of this building is still unsettled. Possibly a guildhall of some kind.

This building will be the local branch of the Briricca bank. Look to the bank scripts and Briricca interior in TR for inspiration.

Finished it finally.

Note: noticed a fireplace in ext. shell too late, so didn't place it at all; if it's not a problem, please delete it from ext.shell.
Note to NPC'er: made a unique book, ledger, specifically for clients, but didn't add any text in it.

Sorry dropping for review, there's too much stuff not aligned to the grid, and fixing one thing breaks something else. I will include a rundown of what I found though:

Review of PC_i2-Anv34

Clean: Yes
Northmarker: Correct
Matches Exterior: Almost, but tower needs to be fixed.
Pathgrid: Good
Grid: Misaligned
Illegal to sleep: Yes, good.
Lighting: Haven't gotten to this yet, but there are some green-light bugs from light-sources being to close together.

Floaters:
in_impsmall_door_jail_01 (x3) F'd down one more time so they touched the floor.

PC_i2-Anv34_Safe_01, 2, and 3 all casper on the bottom. Not noticable though so left it as it was.
furn_com_rm_shelf_02 in vaults, I moved it to be in line with the other shelves.

T_Imp_Furn_Tapestry_19 too low to floor.
Overall it feels a bit bare and empty in some places.


Grid Allignment Errors:

T_Imp_SetGC_I_Center_01 was unalligned.
T_Imp_SetGC_I_Center_01 (alot were misaligned on the main floor). (Fixing this made the stairs and basement not aligned, since the floors move too.) to see what I mean here, look at the ceiling beams in in the main entrance, looking towards the door to the basement.

Updated: changed tower to correct one, added new assets where appropriate, including new reinforced and rich walls, refurbished some areas and changed other entirely.
If there's too much custom stuff that I added, delete open Vault Ledger and/or Client's Ledger.

Pardon me for asking, but who is currently reviewing this? The title still has [REVIEWING] in it despite the fact Vern dropped the review almost a year ago now. There has been no new reviewer comments since then, yet the post still has the tag. Just asking because if this is a priority building I hope it isn't stuck in limbo where no other reviewer does anything because they believe someone else is doing it.

Feel free to correct me if an out of site comment designated a reviewer to this interior.

There is nobody reviewing this at the moment. If so, it would have been stated.
The reviewing-label is just deliberately added to the title when moved to this subforums. It has no real meaning.

Err, it's not final and shouldn't be reviewed yet. Reworking the int entirely -- it has a lot of jank. Almost done fiddling with the first cell.

Vault cell is done (except pathgrid), and first floor cell is ~90% finished. That said, I'm wondering if I should use stone floor tiles on the first floor.

Stone on the first floor would be good. This int is in the rich part of the city and the public entry hall would look good with stone floors and the R wall covers

Second cell is done, started remaking the third one (2nd and 3rd floor). Also, changed the floor on 1F to stone.

1st floor -- public entry hall, archive, waiting area for wealthy/regular customers, storage;
2nd floor -- scribe/clerk room + office of the manager who's overseeing their work, room with printpresses and another storage;
3rd floor -- 2 business meeting rooms, lounge area and boss' office;
basement -- vault and guard post.
