Guild of Mages:
a. Carahil (Altmer, f, spellsword) Head of the Anvil Mages Guild, advanced Illusion trainer. An expat from Firsthold in the Summerset Isles, Carahil has a dim view of necromancy as it is practiced by the easterners.
b. Felen Relas (Dunmer, m, alchemist) Guild evoker, basic alchemy trainer.
c. Marc Gulitte (Breton, m, mage) Guild evoker, spellmaking service, sells scrolls and soulgems.
d. Thaurron (Bosmer, m, mage) Guild journeyman, spell merchant. Thaurron has friends in the Bosmer community, which includes many scouts. He can give a vague clue as to the location of the lost Mauloch Shrine near Sutch.
e. Solius Corcidius (Imperial, m, guild guide) Apprentice. Local Guild Guide, provides teleportation.
f. Vicea Entorea (Imperial, f, healer) Associate and Healer service.
g. Urfa (Nord, f, mage) Apprentice.

If we decide to go with angle that Mages Guild found some necromantic tomes in Benirus Manor, somebody would need to write texts for them. There's a room with items related to Mannimarcean necromancy in Carahil's office already, by the way.

Major restructuring of shell took place, vastly reducing the amount of bleeding and floating statics.
Moved lecture hall to center room of first floor and added practice dummies to one side.
Plant room shrunk and moved to the outside
Fixed some of the weirdness with the doors.
Bedroom remodelled to be more consistent with standard
