WIP Update for safe keeping, all rooms are and furnitured, layout is set, some clutter and lighting but not too much, needs more rugs on the first floor. File is clean

Updated WIP, rearranged some things: removed "meeting room", added storage room and converting second floor to incorporate an apartment. New Inhabitant:

Junis Vestasius(Nibenese, m, noble):Praecantor, second in command to the Praetor. Has an apartment on the second floor, but spends his time at the Praetorium.

File is clean.

17. Orrin, Redguard Smithing
a. Orrin (Redguard, m, smith) A quality weapon smith. Originally a native from Sutch, but left that city after problems with the Kali Mes. Loosely connected to the Thieves Guild (quest-relevant). Provides armor for the town guard, so throw around a couple of relevant armor pieces.
b. Junis Vestasius(Nibenese, m, noble)Praecantor, second in command to the Praetor. Has an apartment on the second floor, but spends his time at the Praetorium.

Clean: yes
Lighting: changed to match Anvil’s “standard” and lowered sunlight--also there were some lighting bugs due to the large radii of lights, I tried to smooth that out as much as possible.
Northmarker: Adjusted very slightly
Fits exterior: yes
Pathgrid: changed to fit the edits
Illegal to Sleep Here: yes, correct
Gridsnap: many pieces weren’t gridsnapped. Also, there were a lot more refs than necessary in the shell, I combined pieces and removed a lot of refs that way.

The first floor was too huge and expansive, and the bar was too long, the armor collection not diversified enough. I cut that room into two, the front room with a new display setup and the back for forging. Cataphract was moved largely to storage spaces, with colovian/vanilla iron, steel, and silver dominating the display area (but kept some cataphract out). Added horseshoes and ingots and some more nails/hammers. Made other edits in this area to make the bottom floor more interesting, and some style edits in the top floor.

I replaced the T_Imp_FurnR_Bookshelf_01’s with T_Imp_FurnR_Bookshelf_04, since the 01 is meant to be not resting on the floor. I also replaced the winerack and hutch with their rich variants.

Due to the extent of the edits, I left the object placement check to Vern, who said he couldn’t find any floaters or bleeders.
