Finished and ready for review!
A medium sized crypt that is in use and civilized. The loot is guarded by town guards instead of ghosts; however, there is a small seldom used section that has a little bit of a haunting due to the poor upkeep of the area. Maybe one ghost at the most.

T_Glb_Var_Skeleton06 x3 - these should be bled so that the hands are on the ground. The bleeding is far less noticeable than it floating

Replaced the vanilla spider webs with Tamriel Data versions as those work better for how they are placed
