Seaside Flophouse West

A flophouse inhabited by addicts with a secret Skooma Den in the attic.

Building 59 on this map:

Notes:
59. Seaside Flophouse West(secret Skooma den in attic)
a. Drizeri(Khajiit, m, pauper): Skooma addict.
b. Durmak Gro-Bakar(Orc, m, pauper): Skooma addict.
c Orena(Imperial, m, pauper): Skooma addict.
d. Thuyya(Redguard, f, pauper):Skooma addict.
e. Karinria(Altmer, f, pauper):Skooma addict.

Maybe we should make one inhabitant not an addict, redguard's apartment is pretty clean and proper so she's a perfect candidate.

Northmarker: Correct
Fits exterior: Yes
Illegal to Sleep Here: Correct
Lighting: Toned down the sunlight a bit
Pathgrid: Edited

Floaters:
T_Imp_Furn_RugBigCm_01 x3 - rugs with tassles need to be bled
T_Imp_Furn_RugBigCm_03 - as above
misc_com_wood_cup_02 - since this is water logged, it shouldn't float.
misc_com_bottle_11 - resting on an edge

PC_Furn_Com_Bed_05 - renamed PC_i2-Anv59_Com_Bed_05_Static
Edited the pathgrid a bit, removing a couple of nodes where it was too dense and disconnecting connections that went past a node.
Misc_Uni_Pillow_02 - replaced with misc_uni_pillow_01, these were meant for hammocks and I don't think that they look good on normal beds.
Furn_colony_shelf05 - this could be stylemixing but I'm leaving it be (it's a static not one of the exterior activators).
T_Glb_Light_Window_64 - moved these away from windows a bit

NOTE TO MERGER move the fireplace as shown above
