52. Seaside Flophouse East
a. Jesan Sextius has a poor room here, though he spends all his time at the Flowing Bowl tavern.
b. Enilroth(Bosmer, m, commoner): common Bosmer. Wants to become a smith's apprentice.
c. Izradi(Redguard, f, sailor): Tenant.
d.Bofinna the Rough(Nord, f, commoner):Tenant.
e.Jarrod(Redguard, m, sailor): Tenant
f.There are more tenants, they are out and about in Anvil. Make sure to have living spaces for 7-10 tenants total.
