Gilded Hills Exterior: GC_12 [chef]

A part of the rough Gilded Hills wilderness, bordering on Hammerfell. Vegetation can use some of the hammerfell assets, such as the silver palm or some of the flora containers. The Legion fort here, Fort Matillis, was wrecked by the Camoran usurper. Given the nearness of the border, Redguard smugglers and Kali Mes hideouts could be common. This would be a higher-level, dangerous area.

Named the Fort Matillis cell and added some ruin detailing. Also continued with rock and flora detailing and added some caves and Colovian Barrows.

Thought so too at first but chef seems to be quite competent when it comes to exteriors.
