Help?

I'm not 100% sure about the rules for posts and I have poured hours into this beautiful mod and have been maddeningly trying to find the answers...but I am having a lot of trouble finding Azzam from bounty poster and for whatever reason I am unable to join or doing any thieves guild quests, but I am given the option for advancement by Lorvacah. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome!
Look for Azzam near a distinctive rock feature just NE of Vorngyd's Stand.
The "Advancement" topic is a bug and prevents the player from actually doing any quests if clicked before doing Lorvacah's first quest. It has been fixed for the upcoming hotfix release.
