Damn, this looks nice! Really brings warm and variety to Anvil color palette making it a bit closer to what we have in Brina Cross, and also bridges the stark contrast between the darkish walls and bright streets! :P

The idea was to use SWG's Improved Propylon Particles as the base for an ambience enhancer. They could be placed around orreries or other magical instruments - or just about anywhere significant, really. Holographic starfields so that the Ayleids could stargaze even in their underground sanctuaries...

Hmm, that's true. 20 AR is a bit too low though (and Dwemer armor having barely more AR than Silver/Templar ones always felt like an error to me). 25-30, maybe? With high enchantability and powerful pre-enchanted versions making it valuable even on higher levels?
