Re: Organization and Planning for the Future

Province:Elsweyr sounds good. It's simple and to-the-point and won't confuse people which landmass we're doing. I'm fairly skilled at Adobe Photoshop and can create some drafts for you to look at if you're cool with it. I personally think "Skyrim:Home of the Nords" is too long for a proje...

Re: Gold Coast Interior Claim PC_i2-15 [Tes96]

Good idea (although... you're not the first to do it... , but I don't see why it's necessary to have 6 cells. The interior I linked to uses one cell for the labyrinth part and creates additional confusion by covering everything with a huge plane of blacksquares. That should serve as a major source ...

Re: Goals for 2015

Since we're in 3E 427, Skyrim, Hammerfell and High Rock are still experiencing the aftermath of the Bend'r-Mahk war, right? And with that, Jehenna and eastern Dragonstar are part of the Skyrim province? Jehanna is depicted in High Rock in the official maps , though. I know the 3rd PGE goes past the ...

Re: OpenMW and SHotN

You can find the most recent Win nightlies here: https://forum.openmw.org/viewtopic.php?f=20&t=1808" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; Does it crash without the Skyrim_Exterior.esp? Did you try starting a new game? Sometimes that and deleting the openmw folder (letting the...

Re: Gold Coast Interior Claim PC_i2-15 [Tes96]

I'm making some progress on this. It's going to be somewhat maze-like; an inspiration I'm taking from the dungeons in TESII Daggerfall. It's going to be many different cells which will be very small. Since this is Smoke Hole Cave, I want to include some steam spouts in the lower depths where there i...

Re: Organization and Planning for the Future

*SNIP* Is this landmass already developed? Not in the sense of it having models but is the land elevated above sea level in the shape of the province? I know P:C has their entire landmass shaped already but SHOTN only has the Reach landmass elevated above water level. One other question, are you gu...

Re: OpenMW and SHotN

I cannot confirm the crash on recent Win64 nightly, it's runing 0-1 fps though. What version do you use, when the crash happens, are you using most recent data? Berandas, I'm using Data 21 and the 4 GB patch . I'm still getting a crash. I'm using the official 0.35.0 version and not any of the night...

OpenMW and SHotN

Irrelevant to this discussion but the OpenMW team wants to look at Skyrim_Exterior.esp to see why it is causing a crash-to-desktop in version 0.35.0. Mind if I send them the file? I know we won't be using that esp forever but it's important for them to figure out why a plugin is causing a crash. Wit...

Some inspiring pictures from Kerela and Karnataka of India that may be of influence for the dense rainforest regions.

Roots from Myristica swamps and some misty mountains from Agumbe, Karnataka. Homes in Agumbe.

Re: Skyrim_Data errors

Flickering issue in the middle of the two long beams on Karthwasten interior #92. Hover over it and you'll see what I mean.

With Skyrim_Exterior.esp, I'm getting a crash-to-desktop when using OpenMW 0.35.0. It's fine for vanilla and MGE XE but not with OpenMW. Any ideas why?

Re: Organization and Planning for the Future

Hello guys, I'm a stranger to this beautiful sub-tropical province. I saw the old forum years ago and didn't think it would take off. Then, 10 minutes ago, I saw the old pictures posted on the main portal page and was very impressed! You've done an amazing job from what I've seen so far. I especiall...

SHotN Model Errors

Feel free to change the title or move this post somewhere more appropriate. I'm just posting this quickly. These are some errors I found while finishing my karthwasten_cave_08 claim: -Sky_In_Dungeon_01_Room_01 missing model? -Sky_Ex_Altmer_Wall_07 flickers near the top. -Sky_Ex_Altmer_Wall_04 has ca...
