Teleportation: Premise and Praxis
Another book in the "what's teleportation all about" series. Meant to contextualize the history of teleportation, showing that it's quite a difficult magic with lots of caveats. The last book is rather short, I'd prefer to come back to this at some point to fill out some of the details. Le...

Guide to the Guild Guides
Part of a larger effort to define and contextualize teleportation magic within Tamrielic culture. This explains why teleportation is not more commonplace and why it hasn't had a massive effect on the way the Empire functions (yet). I don't consider this one quite ready yet, but since I'm not going t...

Artificial Diseases
Two volumes on artificial diseases by a Redguard scholar. The author is part of the Council of Healers, an institution in the Imperial City responsible for various initiatives such as hospitals and insane asylums. The books propose some rather off-beat lore ideas and story hooks, especially concerni...

The Pilgrim and the Legionnaire
A rather dramatic poem on the hardships of a pilgrimage to the holy places of Sancre Tor. In reality, the road is fairly safe, though strange trials and encounters do tend to happen there. As do tragedies. THE PILGRIM and THE LEGIONNAIRE *The Encounter* How they met, the pilgrim and the legionnaire,...

The Imperial Kitchen Vol. 1 and 2
These books are intended to replace the text of the current "Imperial Kitchen" books in Tamriel_Data, which were made back in the old days by TR and features some very bland and uninteresting recipes. This should spice things up a little. The books feature all-new recipes along with asides...

Please revoke this, I'm not making enough progress to justify holding up development. To recap: The ground floor of the first building houses several paupers in small, dingy rooms. The stairs are boarded up so the only way into the cultist hideout is through a hole in the ceiling of one of the rooms...

Guide to Imperial Family Names
The document in attachment is intended as a guide for making NPCs or referencing Imperial families in books or dialogue. While it is not mandatory to use this list, I highly encourage it to keep family names consistent and to imply geographic or class-based differences across the province. The list ...

Red Dome Temple Liturgy
A religious text associated with the Red Dome Templars , an influential Imperial officer's cult. This text would mostly be found in Red Dome Templars or in the personal belongings of Templar-affiliated Legion officers. Other than that it should be rare and valuable. Please make sure not to use this ...

Graves of the Emperors
Maybe more of a concept document than a book for now, though it can be turned into the latter. We should consider the options afforded to us by the various burial grounds and tombs of the Emperors to plan interesting and unique dungeon opportunities. GRAVES OF THE EMPERORS Alessia was not only the f...

Re: Colovian Highlands Exterior: CH_05 [Design]
One possibility for making Vincherik Mine more visually engaging is to make it into an open mine/pit mine design. This mine has been active for a long time, so there can be extensive surface decoration -- railroads, warehouses, offices, etc. See also Caldera mine for visual and conceptual cues.

A sailor's ghost story. TALES from the GHOST SEA *The Red Ship* I was a sailor on the Bequest, a merchant ship heading from Daggerfall to the port of Winterhold. We were out on the Sea of Ghosts for about a week when a thick fog fell over us. Have you ever seen the ghost fog? So thick, a man could g...

Divine Sacrifice
A sort of "call-and-response" liturgical text often used in rituals of the Great Faiths and Imperial Cult. A semi-common book, for priests at least. Clarifies and hints at some of the essential aspects of the Imperial view on the Divines, which are repeated in other texts of this nature. P...

Hey, we have an old text on Divine orders for Cyrodiil here: http://project-tamriel.com/viewtopic.php?f=142&t=396
We're not actually going to do anything with these orders, so in case you want to use some these ideas just do whatever with it.

Nordic myth about the Middle Dawn. Not quite sure if I hit the right tone. Nordic mythology is also not my forte, so let me know if I made any blatant mistakes. There are definitely some interesting things in here. It's a pity we didn't have these when we started on Sutch, though they would have probably made the area too visually variegated. Any future HF project thinking of using these should keep in mind that Oblivion's visual style and sense of scale is...

Re: Colovian Highlands exterior claim map and planning.
"When the Emperor claimed it" refers to Emperor Pelagius or something, btw. It's old history, and the region of the Imperial Reserve is dotted with the remnants of abandoned mines and small forts once used to fend off the Redguards. The local nobles are just holding on to a centuries-old g...

The interior shell for the second building is going to be a bit more complicated than it is right now. Should be fun once it's done though. I'm working out the general aesthetic for these Bal cultists, trying to avoid the need for new assets for now.

Added first pass on the Dibellan Temple, fixed copper crate issue, removed some superfluous lightposts and placeholder cupolas.
