Update: Added a locked level 5 chest with some minor loot in it. Otherwise there is nothing valuable in the cave and the player feels unfulfilled.

This is finished and ready for review. This is in Sky_main so it must be reviewed and merged before the spring release. With this is mind, I've made the pathgrids for the Goblins, but it's my first time, so they should be double checked by the reviewer.

Claiming please! What sort of furniture do goblins use? Straw-bed, or even less civilized than that? I'm thinking two small cavern rooms. Anyway, I want to get this done since the release is coming up.

Updated to Data vs. 5.1 and removed bottom front windows to match exterior. Added new com_lamps to replace window lights.

I'm not sure about a tunnel though. If #45 was next door that would be a different story, but in this case it seems impracticable; however, I do like the idea of having a private backroom that guild members can hangout in.

t_glb_terrwater_waterfall_01 is very loud all of a sudden when you get within it's radius. This is very noticeable in Andothren and in Roerich's Falkheim claim. If the volume is lower it would be less abrupt.
