EDIT : The fix + option #2 have been added to the latest InDev version of Sky_Main. The magicka wells (Sky_iRe_DH_scampmesa07_mwell) currently let you know if you don't have enough gold for a donation, but they don't do anything if you do have the required amount. Good to hear. I should have added that if you do decide to delete the three scripts for the PC_1-2 quest, all you have to additionally remove are three of the StartScript lines (_DwemerGear, _Silk, _WelkyndStone) in the "PC_Str_Dandre Aurilie"' Choice==3 dialogue results box under the "Atmospheric D...

I took a look at Stirk's quests and associated scripts, and I have to say that they're a lot more creative and interesting than the typical Fetch X or Kill Y jobs. This isn't a bug, but rather a question of consistency (forgive my nitpicking!): In vanilla, Seyda Neen has the "Census and Excise Office" that we all know and love, but Stirk introduces a "Census & Excise Office." I enjoyed seeing the weekly (?) screenshot updates on Reddit; that's how I found out about SHOTN before getting involved with TR. That public outreach might help a bit.
