Re: Lex Imperia
First, great things about the Daedra. This is just the kind of things I would want to see in such a text. Universal empire, indeed. You have a couple of "Stranger Lands" intermixed with your "Strange Lands" (good term for an empire which doesn't really conceptualize "foreign...

Re: The Saintly Circles of Colovia
It reads as a mixture of the 19th century Roman Catholic Church with a healthy mixture of Masonry. I like it! Using this instead of the Breton Knightly Orders seems to carry a certain weight of using Bretons as barbarians, as they use forces-of-arms to fill the same societal role that masonic lodges...

Re: Tamriel-Data
I'm done. Might be possible that something else will be added (I'm not here until Saturday).
For the record, the TR data addon file is here and it should be ready to merge as-is.

Re: Cartography
I think cell impact is an excellent idea, but wouldn't get rid of city markers. No matter which ones you use, it helps identify the center of town as well as its tier. The Imperial Isle I like very very much. Your rivers, while plentiful, are incredibly narrow. I don't think they would work in-game....

Re: Books of Tamriel
Totally agree with the guide for books in the wiki - TR has made some really nice casual literature (Breton magic Poirot!) that only got used once, in the Firewatch library, and never anywhere else. Since we're sorta cranking out books at the moment (including obscure lore things, and some romantic ...

PT/TR Lore interview - interest?
So, you might have heard of him before, but Zaric Zhakaron wants to do a video about how we are dealing with lore and how that differs from everything else. Since this is inevitably going to touch on the topics of Oblivion and Skyrim, since TR isn't running that show solo, and since our statement ab...

I have started up an article/intro draft for announcements and a Nexus article here.

Re: Cross-Project Cooperation Coordination
If the nixmount causes issues with replacers, it's probably because it uses vanilla assets. It's too old to be replacer-aware.
I'm not sure what issues there are, specifically. Could you post a screenshot or a more verbose explanation?

Re: Location Map - Workshop
As far as "Workshop" goes, this should fit here. I've made a basemap with bigger, more consistent cell size for SHotN - preview is here: [hsimg=]http://www.labofabyll.com/others/SHotN_Basemap%20II.png[/hsimg]. The xcf (layered, with cell exports, and the then latest concept map pasted in i...

Re: Cross-Project Cooperation Coordination
Hi. As per worsas' suggestion, TR has created a cross-project coordination forum so we can post things without having to worry about cluttering up the main thread. It's here, under our Planning category.

Re: Cross-Project Cooperation Coordination
Cross-posting to Tamriel Rebuilt Right, the Elephant in the room which I feel I must mention is Black Marsh. Progress is currently ongoing on TR's side, so I'm not posting about that just yet. The topic at hand is TR's Redoran questline and SHotN's Rise of High King Thian. The Redoran questline (sti...

Re: Cartography
Yes, that was the wrong file, sorry. I meant to link the Arena Blackmarsh one (note the roads) and the big one . Now that I'm squinting at the world map, I see that there's no road from Gideon west, it just goes into the sea. I'll just extend the waterways in the south a bit and add some connections...

Re: Cartography
Well, Gideon had a road from Leyawiin since Arena , and the city somehow has to has travel connections to be able to sustain itself. A river connection works as well (even through the ocean), but do you have a fixed idea on how the river network you painted into the south would extend into Black Mar...

Re: Cartography
Question: what happened with the road to Gideon (and the western one to Rockguard)? Do you assume there's a river network leading into western Black Marsh? (For reference, I've been trying to conceptualize Black Marsh since we had the same problem with the road to Stormhold over in TR and it diverge...

Re: Project Island Hopper
I'm doing a long-term grid map project to help project mod impact and landscape placement, particularly for those islands in the east.
I do not understand what you are trying to say. Literally, I do not, no sass intended.

Re: Project Island Hopper
So, perhaps this is helpful. I've started to make some grid maps for placement help and a general overview. This should be nice to see where you can place your islands. http://i.imgur.com/gVm7BGA.png" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; Impact on the worldspace for Morrowind, Tri...

Re: Project Island Hopper
Welcome to the forums! A map from a game thats set an era before the game were modding is the most up to date? Aswell as a game that shit all over the lore of TES... Not sure about that. Thanks for the welcome. Yes, it is the most up to production date (it's also set in Skyrim times). Like it or ha...

Re: Project Island Hopper
I've done some mapping myself, going from this as the most up-to-date base map, the Uriel V propaganda map for the island locations, and this overlay for distances and the Akavir shape (although I do like Akavir's shape in the propaganda map more, making it look less like Japan after the attack of a...
