Crystal caverns from The Last Jedi?
https://cdn.vox-cdn.com/uploads/chorus_asset/file/9428137/Screen_Shot_2017_10_09_at_10.35.31_PM.png I thought the salt crystal caverns in The Last Jedi would fit nicely in Skyrim, but very sparingly, like in a particular northern region in a few caverns. These crystals would only be found in one par...

Is that where the Forsworn originate from; the fighting between the Bretons and the Nords over the land and crops?

Re: The snowline between The Reach and Haafinheim
I haven't played SHOTN in over a year, and I can't remember if we had large farms in the Reach. I remember there were a couple small farms scattered throughout. But isn't the Reach where most of Skyrim's crops come from? I was thinking there should be farms as large as small villages, kind of like i...

Re: The snowline between The Reach and Haafinheim
Didn't see any thread or mentioning of the entirety of Skyrim's landscape yet so I'm asking if the majority of the province will be snow. I was just watching Zaric Zhakaron's video rant about how Skyrim's design was similar to Oblivion's landscape when it should have been mostly all permafrost like ...

DarkElfGuy is doing another round of podcasts starting in November. I plan on doing a couple even though I haven't modded in about 2 years due to real life and school. Come join the fun, guys and keep the vitality of TES3 going.

Re: Landscaping ideas
These pictures are all great but many of them lack snow. The 1st PGE seems to imply that most of Skyrim is snow (apart from the southwestern border like the Reach) and not how it's portrayed in TES 5. Someone correct me if I'm mistaken.

Hello, good to hear from you and good luck in all your endeavours! You must be baffled that we still haven't managed to get a release out. Well, not baffled but I was expecting The Reach to have been completed already but I know how slowly things move here due to low manpower. It's painful to see a...

Just checking in
Hi everyone, just dropping in to say hello and see how progress is going. I missed being here. I've been busy with school this past semester and won't be done until June 2018. So I won't be modding until at least after that, probably in 2019. I miss modding so much but I'm too busy with real life an...

Yeah, like that. We just need better ways to advertise and reach people. Although the Morrowind modding community isn't as large as the Oblivion or Skyrim ones.

Yeah, sounds good. I really don't like facebook that much either. An updated youtube channel would be a better idea. Facebook page?
Anybody here considered making a facebook page for Project Tamriel? Would it be better to have individual pages for each...

Re: Gold Coast Interior Claim PC_i2-15 [Tes96]
Am I holding this project back from progressing by clinging to this claim with very little to no progress being made? Not that it's on purpose. My space bar is broken so it is hard to type on this laptop and it makes modding very difficult. Plus I'm frustrated with looking for a new job. (real life ...

Re: Daedric Quests
I'm all for creating new artifacts for all the daedra. Lore-wise, the Daedric Princes would probably have countless artifacts, each one suited to the desires of the quest-seeker. Otherwise, a daedric prince like Nocturnal wouldn't get that many patrons because most people of Tamriel are just normal ...

Re: Gold Coast Interior Claim PC_i2-15 [Tes96]
Yeah, I'm in the minority with wanting dark lighting. The caves shouldn't be too dark for the general public. I'll try using the INVISIO collision boxes in some areas to help with walking. Someone yesterday on IRC suggested inspiration from the caves in the Dawnguard DLC. I just started the Dawnguar...

Re: Gold Coast Interior Claim PC_i2-15 [Tes96]
I've been having modders block for a while now. You guys have any ideas of what goes into making a great and fun cave to explore? Obviously one in which you don't get stuck on the edges (but that's mostly due to the horrific player bounding box). This is the main entrance area so far. I try to not m...

Re: PC_Data Error Reporting Thread
I guess this is the appropriate thread for model errors since we only have one error thread. PC_terrain_gc_rock_01 has some problems which cause it to look black when using OpenMW. There's an extra layer in NiSpecularProperty that is giving the mesh an extra layer, from what it sounds like. OpenMW L...

Re: The Pocket Guide to the Empire, First Edition
It's to do with conservation of detail and the actual purpose that this book is to serve in the game world. I've considered making the PGE I a number of smaller books, but decided against it because most of these books would find little to no proper use in our gameworld: the entry on Cyrodiil is ob...

Re: Claims from the Old Forum
A simple request, when naming claims, can we start inserting either "Interior" or "cave" into the naming scheme, like what we do over at SHotN? That's very helpful when looking for certain types of claims. For example, mine would read: "Gold Coast Interior Claim PC_i2-15_Cav...

Re: Cyrodiil creatures from TR
I fully agree with keeping creatures region specific. Tamriel Rebuilt has actually created a unique swamp troll but perhaps it would be better to keep it purely indigenous to Morrowind.
