We could use some more flora for the colder regions, and the valleys of central Skyrim. I would like a plant based on turnips, but it shouldn't just be common turnips. It should have some Tamriel flavour. The same goes for kale. It's a good base for a hardy winter crop. A mustard could be usable too...
