One Markarth cell is currently sitting at above 2000 references, couple that with an above-average amount of NPCs on the streets, container plants and the surrounding Haafinheim forest and you're bound to have instability. The farm houses on the farmland mesa near Karthgad all use "colony_smoke_1" for their chimneys (4 times total, all around cell -99, 14).

These should be replaced with "active_chimney_smoke02". Colony activators only appear on certain Raven Rock quest stages.

I'm all for removing Belladonna for the reasons mentioned here, and Bleakball Hay is a fitting replacement, as I've also used it in my concept of the Falkar Foothills. We just have to remember to remove Belladonna from that, too.

This is looking pretty damn fantastic. While it would be unfortunate to make this a rarity during actual gameplay, I agree with roerich that the Falmer should remain as obscure as possible. It would make an encounter with this guy infinitely more meaningful and spectacular, though.
