That's a good idea, too. I can't decide between having this quest be part of a Jarl Jona quest chain and having it be more of a "reward the player for being aware of the political situation of DS" thing. SHOTN Guard NPCs need to be given the "Guard" class instead of "T_Sky_Guard" and an alarm rating of 100. Otherwise, they won't arrest the player.

Edit: This probably means their custom dialogue can be deleted, too.

Just seeking clarification here: The quest proposal suggests that the cult ran west, but Mirilstern is east of Haimtír. There are ruins, however, west of the village. There's even an unoccupied interior, Briagmar Mine, just a stone's throw away from them.

Strange. I recompiled the scripts the same way without any errors in the CS, and then tried compiling each individually in MWEdit. No issues popped up with either method. I just checked the dialogue you mentioned and it appears to be filtered for Uramok Camp, specific NPCs in that camp, or Urshilaku...

Those four scripts were added by Tamriel_Data.esm and the dialogue topics they reference are in the vanilla game. It doesn't look like SHOTN modifies them at all in Sky_Main.esp, and I didn't get any of those errors after manually recompiling the scripts. Which version of the game are you using + ho...

Yeah, that's a good idea. I'll rework the quest to move the intelligence to other locations and also allow the player to optionally get info from the prisoner in exchange for securing his escape.

I'm assuming there are no planned uses so far for that prisoner?

Thanks, I edited my original post. Still, SHOTN seems to use underscores in the vast majority of cases and it could be useful to keep one style.

That's pretty strange, thanks for the heads-up. Maybe there's something going in dialogue entries that introduce new topics + advance the journal state. I've reuploaded the ESP with AddTopic included in various dialogue results.

This "Greeting 1" entry in Sky_Main_12-26_17 needs a quick fix... "disposition -20" should be changed to "moddisposition -20".

MWEdit and Enchanted Editor are both showing that Sky_Main.esp has had some dirty edits to some Bitter Coast Region and West Gash Region cells as well as the interior "Nchardahrk", for the past few internal updates.

Quick update: The alchemist quest's primary goal will be to steal Rianard's notes from his desk for an unnamed competitor. The player can optionally sabotage his latest concoction (guarded by Odjor) for a better reward.

Any more ideas about that secret entrance in the Sogat Dur-Gada hideout?
