Looks very good so far. It's fine mechanically except for the missing gold check and adding a journal entry to allow the player to decide whether to accept the quest. - ESP was already cleaned - Dialogue was already cleaned - autocalc was already checked then unchecked - There's no condition on Bjor...

Fixes:
- "Grundar" removed from quest title and bounty poster
- Gave Fenand Vette a weapon
- Changed Azzam's dialogue that fires after forcing him to yield (haven't been able to test this ingame)

Made some changes to the wonky capture mechanics in bounties 4 and 5 to help push this claim along:
- Tharag and Meshif can no longer be captured, only killed.
- Grundar has been removed from the Emfrid and Grundar bounty (will probably reappear in DS bounty). Emfrid can either be captured or killed.

Attempts to fix:
- More "dead or alive" script fixes
- Dovica aggroing 1-2 other NPCs
- Bounties 4 and 5 not aggroing on sight
- Bounties 4 and 5 not following the player after yielding

Note to merger:
The T_IngFood_CheeseWheelNord_01 and T_IngFood_CheeseWheelNord_02 references will have to be replaced with the equivalent cheesewheel containers when they're added to PT Data Addon.

Is the Redguard Greetings section intended to be filtered for both DSW and DSE? It looks like all entries work for both sides except for "You have come to Dragonstar, a Crown city in these northern lands. How might I help a fellow Ra Gada?"

This isn't an interior review! Two minor things I noticed: - What did you use to clean the dialogue/esp? I got a (probably harmless) warning about record numbers in the header being mismatched. - The NPC's greeting should probably be placed in Greeting 7 instead of 9 since 7 is used for "Unique ID"...

Updated the claim to work with the new dialogue placeholder system, added more dialogue, and fixed some bugs.
