In the original planning for Nordic religion in Skyrim, Shor, as a Dead God, doesn't have temples. Maybe they could feature in Colovia as a permutation of Nordic and Cyrodilic worship?

One of the things Oblivion did well was the imagery in the stained glass Akatosh window. A similar design could be featured as a unique window in the Kvatch chantry.

If I remember correctly, Lady N said at one point that the map this is based off was was speculative. The size of Akavir is virtually unknown.
